Build the Life You Want —No Diagnosis Required
Forward-focused, solution-driven support for people who are ready to make real, measurable changes in their lives.

Why I'm Passionate About This
My own journey shaped this work
When I was a teenager, I had significant physical health struggles that resulted in multiple trips to a specialty clinic in Chicago and, ultimately, several trips to the Mayo Clinic. I underwent several surgeries for two different issues that initially presented as one. These struggles, however, made me passionate about resiliency and physical health.
I was a very active athlete — playing on both a competitive soccer and softball team when all of this occurred. Sports were my outlet for stress and my way of coping with life. Having that taken away was incredibly hard. The doctor recommended counseling, but at 14, I refused. He then told me to try low-level yoga, which ended up being the outlet I needed.
I attribute that health journey to being one of the defining events that shaped the positive outlook I have today. To this day, if I eat poorly and remain sedentary, I experience blood pressure and heart problems. My son was born 9 weeks premature because my heart and kidneys could not support the strain of pregnancy. But through everything, I have never stopped moving — and truly believing that we can live the lives we want if we are willing to show our bodies love by helping them meet core needs.
"We can live the lives we want if we are willing to show our bodies love."
Coaching vs. Therapy
This is an important distinction — and one I'm committed to being clear about.
Coaching IS
- Forward-focused and action-oriented
- Built around measurable, real goals
- Solution-focused — finding what works
- Available across multiple states
- No diagnosis, no "illness" label
- Flexible 15-, 30-, or 60-minute sessions
- Text check-ins to keep you on track
- About building the life you want
Coaching is NOT
- Therapy or mental health treatment
- Exploration of past trauma or the "why"
- A replacement for counseling when needed
- Focused on acceptance alone
- A medical or clinical service
- About talking without doing

Flexible Session Options
Coaching that fits your schedule and your goals
A focused touchpoint to troubleshoot a hurdle, celebrate a win, or recalibrate your direction.
Targeted work on a specific goal, challenge, or strategy. Great for momentum and accountability.
Comprehensive goal-setting, planning, and problem-solving for bigger shifts and new directions.
Text Check-Ins Available
Yes — coaches use text message check-ins to help clients stay on track between sessions. I love this approach. It keeps the momentum going without requiring a full session every time you hit a bump.
